  • Ceviche de huachin ango - Gulf red snapper marinated in a citrus , onion, tomatillo and cilantro served with avocado sauce and flour tortilla chips

  • Tuna ceviche - with mango and serrano chile salsa

  • Seafood ceviche - champechana with lobster, shrimp and crab in tomato and lime marinade.
